Returning and Approved Vendor

Intervene K-12 is an Arkansas Approved Tutoring Vendor. We supported SY 24-25 and SY 25-26, and have a track record of success

Student Growth

Intervene K-12 guarantees growth, see our stats below

The state covers up to 70% of your tutoring program costs. Your 30% can almost always be covered through resources you already use every day, which means you can bring in Intervene K-12’s high-impact tutoring with little to no additional spend.

Here’s how districts are meeting that match quickly:

  • Rooms: Each dedicated tutoring room counts as $250.
  • Devices: Every computer used during sessions counts as $400.
  • Staff time: Paras, aides, or facilitators supervising sessions can be counted at their hourly rate or ADE’s standard rate – plus time for data collection and reporting.
  • Coordinator: Whoever manages scheduling and reporting can be counted at $6,250 toward your match.
  • And you can stack these items – the room, the devices, and facilitator time for the same session.

Our grant team can walk you through the process and help brainstorm ways to maximize your in-kind match.

We Go Beyond Just Tutoring

With Arkansas’ HIT grant, your district can bring in a trusted partner to deliver tutoring that works – backed by research, results, and a track record of student growth.

At Intervene K-12, we’re more than a vendor – we’re your partner and advocate. Our dedicated in-house grant writing team is here to help you navigate the HIT application process with ease, so you can focus on what matters most: supporting your students.
