Director of Client Success And Delivery

As the Head of Client Success and Delivery, you will own the end-to-end management of client integrations, project delivery, customer support, and client engagement. You will ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes while driving internal accountability and delivering exceptional service. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup or small business environment. Director of Client Success And Delivery

About the Role

As the Director of Client Success and Delivery, you will own the end-to-end management of  customer success, project delivery, and customer support. This is a player-coach role: you will both lead strategy and directly engage with clients to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.
You will build scalable processes, manage strategic client relationships, and implement continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to manage accounts while building out the function for scale.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Client Success & Engagement

  • Personally manage key client accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, adoption, and ongoing success.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their goals and proactively delivering solutions to drive measurable impact.
  • Handle escalations, resolve issues, and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Project Delivery & Operations

  • Oversee and directly participate in the successful execution of client projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and meets quality standards.
  • Build, implement, and optimize delivery frameworks, SOPs, and performance metrics to scale operations efficiently.

Process Improvement & Quality Management

  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality of service, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

Industry: Experience in EdTech, fast-paced startups, SaaS, consulting, or professional services strongly preferred.

Associate Director of Instruction

About the Role

Intervene K-12 is hiring a high-performing bilingual educational leader to serve as Associate Director of Instructional Operations. In this strategic role, you will work closely with the Director of Curriculum & Instruction to lead key initiatives across instructional quality, EL programming, assessment systems, and tutor development.

We are looking for a candidate who brings a strong interventionist mindset, fluency in Spanish (or another high-incidence language), and a proven ability to drive results in fast-paced EdTech or K–12 innovation environments. The ideal candidate is action-oriented, detail-driven, and able to turn big ideas into operational execution.

This is a hybrid position. While remote work is supported, candidates must reside in or near Houston, TX for in-person meetings and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Leadership

  • Support rollout of tutor evaluations, office hours, and calibration systems
  • Collaborate on the development of AI-powered tutor tools and standard clarification documents
  • Coordinate curriculum writing and revision efforts, with a focus on secondary (grades 6-12) content areas
  • Oversee automation of interim assessment automation and maintain performance tracking dashboards
  • Manage the integration of EL program supports and ensure alignment with WIDA, TELPAS, and other state-specific frameworks

Curriculum and EL Strategy Co-Leads

  • Partner with the Director of Curriculum and Instruction on secondary curriculum strategy, tutor-facing materials, and lesson adaptation
  • Review and refine multilingual content to ensure cultural relevance and academic rigor
  • Provide input on instructional scaffolds, pacing, and academic interventions based on RTI/MTSS best practices

Cross Functional Operations-Supports

  • Track project timelines and manage deliverables for school-year initiatives
  • Support creation of SOPs and training resources for tutors and content developers
  • Work with Tech, Product, and Tutor Operations to ensure instructional initiatives are implemented effectively
  • Provide support for live coaching, QA reviews, or training

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bilingual certification or fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
  • 5+ years of experience as a K–12 teacher or interventionist (preferably with ELs or Title I populations)
  • Demonstrated success managing academic projects or instructional programs
  • Knowledge of RTI/MTSS, scaffolding, and academic interventions
  • Comfortable using education technology tools
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and sense of urgency
  • Based in Houston, TX or willing to relocate

Preferred:

  • Experience developing secondary-level curriculum (grades 6-12), especially in math, ELA, and EL support
  • Prior experience in edtech, online instruction, or digital curriculum tools
  • Familiarity with TEKS, CCSS, WIDA, TELPAS, and other state standards
  • Prior experience in teacher coaching or instructional leadership
  • Proficiency with AI tools

Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle – from outreach and discovery to presentation, proposal, and contract close – to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Market Insights: Stay ahead of trends in English Language Learner policies, funding, and compliance requirements (e.g. WIDA, TELPAS, NYSESLAT, ELPA21) to inform sales strategy and conversations.

Relationship Building: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to EL program leaders, advocating for solutions that directly impact student outcomes.

CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecast reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven hunter sales experience, preferably in K-12 education, EdTech, assessments, or curriculum sales.
